Agreement Terms & Conditions

Agreement is entered between IHT Funds and every member of IHT Funds. IHT Account can be created by members having completed the "Invest Form", thereby indicating their acceptance to the terms of this agreement. IHTFunds.fr.gd is a private off-shore investment club. You acknowledge and agree under penalty of perjury that you have not relied on this Act or any other related regulations from any other jurisdictions. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity. We are NOT a licensed bank or security. All information you receive is sent unsolicited. You agree to keep it private, confidential, and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, these information and materials are not to be regarded as offers or solicitations for investments in jurisdictions which deem non-public offers or solicitations unlawful.

As well, these materials are not to be considered as offers or solicitations to persons to whom it would be unlawful to make such offers or solicitations. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. You agree to relieve the owners of any responsibilities. You are investing at your own risk. You only agree to invest money that you can afford to lose. The performance in the past is no guarantee for the same future performance. You will strain every effort to protect the Program owners, the other Members's interest in the Program and keep it confidential. IHTFunds.fr.gd reserves the right to change the rate of its commissions and trading rules any time at its sole discretion. All damages, losses, expenses or costs resulting from any breach or violation of the conditions mentioned in this agreement will not be compensated. When making a Deposit, you MUST understand that no guarantee is provided and the Administrator is in no way liable for any losses that may occur. You understand and agree that administrator has the right to make changes on commissions or on daily returns anytime he considers that necessary. You also understand that violation may result in the loss of Program benefits and shares Purchased. All Members are cognizant of the fact that the Founders and Staff have made no guarantees of a successful conclusion. IHTFunds.fr.gd reserves the right to change the Rules for ensuring its capability of fulfilling obligations to the Clients. DISCLAIMER: When making a Deposit, you MUST understand that no implicit guarantee is provided and the Administrator is in no way responsible for any losses that may occur. Absolutely NO SPAMMING about this program or about our web site is allowed. Violation of any of these rules will remove you permanently from the program. By participation in our program, you agree, acknowledge, and accept this disclaimer and agreement.

1. Who manages the funds?
We do.

2. Which e-currencies do you accept?
We ONLY accept Liberty Reserve.

3. Where is registration page? I want to get registered and make a deposit.
You don't have to register! All you should do is to make a deposit and you will automatically get into our system. The profit will be transferred directly to the e-currency account, from which you have made the deposit.

4. What is the minimum and maximum to invest with you?

The minimum is $10 and the maximum $1,000

Please, email us if you want to invest more than $1,000. We have special plan for it.

5. Will I get my principal back?
Yes. You will get your principal back when your deposit matured, OR you can asked for withdrawal of your principal ANYTIME with 20% administration fee.

Allow us up to 7 trading day to process your principal withdrawal before maturity of your deposit.

6. What is "pay day"?
"Pay day" is the day we make all the payment, which are every Tuesday and Wednesday .

7. Do you offer a Referral/Affiliate program? Can I promote IHTFunds ?
Yes you can, but IHTFunds are allowed to advertise their referral links only by means of legal methods. Spam is strictly prohibited. Anyone caught spamming will lose his/her account immediately.

You will get 5% from the deposit made by your referral and it will be paid on next "pay day".

8. Do I have to deposit in order to participate in this referral program?
Yes.
